Where It Began

Every great story has a humble beginning. Ours started in 1985 with Kenny and Cindy Randall. There were no automated machines or digital integrations back then—just a husband and wife, a manual press, and a stack of towels for the bowling industry.

 

It was hot, physical work, but they saw something more than just ink on fabric. They saw a future for their family and a way to serve their community. They built this company on a foundation of honest relationships and late nights, teaching their sons that the most important tool in the shop isn't the press—it’s your integrity. They proved that with enough grit and faith, you can build something that lasts.

 

The Next Chapter

Decades later, the ink runs deep in the Randall bloodline. We have traded the small workshop for a 30,000-square-foot facility, and that single manual press has been replaced by a fleet of state-of-the-art machines. But the spirit remains unchanged.

 

Today, Central Screen Printing is a powerhouse, employing over 130 of our neighbors and friends. We aren't just printing t-shirts; we are fueling the local economy and helping brands across the nation tell their own stories.

Josh Randall | President & CEO Josh didn’t just step into the corner office; he grew up on the production floor. Starting at age 10, he learned the business from the ground up—sweeping floors, catching shirts, and watching his parents work. Today, he carries the torch as President. He is the visionary looking toward the horizon, ensuring that our capacity grows to meet the dreams of our customers, never forgetting the sacrifices that paved the way.

 

Nathan Randall | Chief Operating Officer If Josh is the vision, Nathan is the engine. As COO, Nathan is the architect of our efficiency. He understands that passion alone doesn’t hit deadlines—systems do. He has modernized our operations, implementing the technology and workflows that allow us to handle massive volume without losing that personal touch. He ensures that the promise Kenny and Cindy made to their first customers is a promise we still keep today.

 

Jason Randall | Head of Embroidery In a world of mass production, Jason is the guardian of the craft. Leading our Embroidery division, he brings an artisan’s touch to industrial output. Embroidery is about precision—thousands of stitches that have to land perfectly to create an image. Jason ensures that every thread tells the truth, delivering a level of detail that sets our work apart from the rest.
